Meaghan Horner-Bruce, RMA

Meaghan Horner, RMA has been a Registered Medical Assistant since 2012, bringing extensive experience in Home Health and Urgent Care settings to her role at BCIM. Her clinical background, combined with her deep commitment to patient care, makes her an integral part of our team.

As our Clinical Supervisor, Meaghan oversees laboratory operations and manages our relationships with specialty testing facilities, ensuring seamless coordination of care for our patients. Her attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency & grace help keep our practice running smoothly. Often anticipating needs before they arise, Meaghan plays a key role in supporting both patients and providers.

Since joining BCIM at its founding in 2017, Meaghan has worked closely alongside Dr. Julia Helstrom for more than nine years. Her dedication and leadership qualities continue to help advance our mission and long-term vision of the practice.

Meaghan is deeply passionate about connection and believes that compassionate support is foundational to healing. She also has an interest in Reiki and looks forward to sharing this healing modality with our patients in the near future.

Outside the office, Meaghan lives in Feasterville-Trevose with her husband, two children, and their beloved animals. She enjoys hosting gatherings for friends and family, is an avid reader who rarely goes without a book in hand, and treasures traveling with her family, especially their frequent trips to Walt Disney World, a place that holds special meaning for her.
