Below is a complete overview of pricing across all BCIM programs and services

Insurance note

BCIM does not accept insurance and is not a participating provider with any insurance plan. Upon request, we can provide a superbill you may submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement. We do not participate in Medicare.

Primary Care

Ongoing physician relationship, from everyday wellness to executive-level care.

  • Integrative Primary Care Membership, with Dr. Borrero —

    • Begins with an Initial Consult (before starting Membership) — $998 —

      • 90-minute appointment, review of all submitted past records and labs, and a plan for care.

    • Then, you continue with $200/mo

      • Includes:

        • Ongoing primary care — acute illness, preventive care, prescription management

        • Direct messaging through the patient portal

        • Coordination with specialists and other BCIM providers

        • 10% off supplements, retail, Reiki, and massage at BCIM

        HRT Management Add-on — $65/month
        For patients receiving hormone replacement therapy care. Includes comprehensive hormonal health monitoring, lab interpretation, and ongoing HRT prescription management.

Metamorphosis of Healing Physician Membership also functions as primary care for patients managing MCAS, dysautonomia, connective tissue disorders, ME/CFS/PEM, and long COVID. See below — patients in this program don't need a separate Primary Care membership.

Functional & Integrative Medicine Program

A 4-month structured program to uncover root causes, with Dr. Kukreja.

Initial Block — $2,888 total
$1,313 due at first visit, then $525/month for 3 more months

  • Month 1: 90-minute initial visit, Group Health Coaching foundations (Nutrition, Movement, Stress & Sleep), portal + supplement store access

  • Months 2–4: 60-minute follow-up to review labs, plus two 30-minute follow-ups per month

Metamorphosis of Healing

Physician-led care for complex chronic illness.

Physician Membership, with Dr. Helstrom — $250/month, plus visits at a discounted rate

Includes:

  • MOH Group Coaching Sessions

  • Care team access via patient portal

  • 10% off supplements, retail, Reiki, and massage

  • 10% off Neural Reset program

Additional visits at member rates:

  • 15-minute visit — $75

  • 30-minute visit — $150

  • 60-minute visit — $275

  • Osteopathic Manipulation — $378/hour (10% member discount)

This membership also serves as primary care — see above.

Naturopathic Medicine

Single consults with Dr. Lou — no membership required.

  • 60-minute visit — $395

  • 45-minute manual medicine visit — $300

  • 30-minute visit — $200

Specialty Programs

Metabolic Restoration —
GLP-1 and non-GLP paths available.

Active Phase — $500/month
(typically 3–6 months depending on your Metabolic Complexity Score)

Includes:

  • Physician oversight and GLP-1 prescription management when applicable

  • InBody body composition scanning at each visit

  • Health coach weekly check-ins

  • Exercise evaluation and prescription

  • Nursing support and injection teaching

  • Metabolic lab monitoring

  • Structured program pathway (3-month or 6-month)

Maintenance Phase — $175/month
(once you are stable and visiting quarterly)

Includes:

  • Quarterly physician visit and InBody scan

  • Continued health coach access

  • Ongoing prescription management

  • Priority re-enrollment if you return to an active phase

The active phase is intentionally intensive — this is when the most important work happens. The maintenance phase reflects that your visits are spaced every three months while keeping your care team around you for the long term.

Medication is billed separately from program fees. We will work with you on the most cost-effective path, including insurance prior authorization where appropriate.
