Lisa Williams, RMA

Lisa brings heart, resilience, intuition, and deep compassion to her work at BCIM. With a diverse clinical background, a personal journey shaped by healing, and a lifelong connection to the subtle energies around her, she brings a unique blend of medical knowledge, spiritual awareness, and genuine human connection to everything she does.

A graduate of Keiser University in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, Lisa is a Registered Medical Assistant with experience in multiple specialties, including Dermatology and Surgical Assisting, as well as certification in IV therapy. For 7 years and growing, she has been an integral part of the BCIM family, serving as Medical Office Manager and New Patient Coordinator while helping keep the practice running smoothly. Whether supporting patients, coordinating care, assisting the clinical team, or floating around the office to tend to our many plants, Lisa brings care and intention to even the smallest details.

Since childhood, Lisa has experienced a heightened sensitivity to energy, intuitively sensing the subtle shifts in people and the environments around her. As a Reiki Master Practitioner and Energy Intuitive, she incorporates this awareness into her work, helping patients reconnect with themselves, find balance, and create space for deeper healing. The Reiki room is especially close to her heart, offering a sanctuary for rest, grounding, and reconnection between mind, body, and spirit.

A young ovarian cancer survivor, Lisa understands firsthand the vulnerability and resilience that can accompany the healing journey. Her experiences have shaped her compassionate approach and her belief that healing requires both tenderness and courage. With intuitive understanding, honest guidance, and a little tough love, Lisa helps others recognize unhealthy patterns, establish strong boundaries, honor their needs, and choose themselves without guilt. She believes that putting yourself first is not selfish, but an essential act of self-respect and a powerful step toward lasting balance.

Outside of BCIM, Lisa lives in Phoenixville with her husband, Preston, and her stepson, Ayden, surrounded by cats, dogs, birds, fish, plants, and crystals. She finds nourishment in nature, meditation, restorative yoga, hypnotherapy, and soaking up the light, love, and peaceful energy of everyday life.

Lisa feels honored to wear so many hats at BCIM, from supporting the daily rhythm of the practice to holding space for patients through Reiki and integrative wellness. Whether she is caring for a patient, nurturing a plant, or helping someone rediscover their inner strength, her intention remains the same: to bring more balance, compassion, light, and connection into the world. She hopes everyone who walks through BCIM’s doors feels welcomed, supported, and a little more at home within themselves.

Lisa encourages every patient to reach out to her, knowing that no need is too small or too big. Whether you need guidance navigating your health, support coordinating your care, or a compassionate presence along your healing journey, she is here to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
