Lisa Arthur, RMA

Lisa brings heart, resilience, and deep compassion to her role at BCIM. A Registered Medical Assistant with a diverse clinical background, she graduated from Keiser University in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, and maintains her active RMA certification. While she has worked in multiple specialties, with especially meaningful years in Dermatology & Surgical Assisting, her true gift lies in caring for the whole person, not just their symptoms. She has lived all over, from east to west, north to south and back again. Living in Malvern PA, and working in Doylestown with BCIM, these areas have become her home resting place.

As a young ovarian cancer survivor, Lisa’s own healing journey profoundly shaped her path in medicine. Having walked through uncertainty and finding recovery herself, she meets patients with genuine understanding and empathy. When she says, “I understand,” she truly does. This lived experience allows her to hold space for others in a way that is both grounding and deeply compassionate.

For more than six years, Lisa has been a steady and nurturing presence at BCIM. Clinically trained and certified in IV therapy, she also serves as our Medical Office Manager and New Patient Coordinator,  often the first warm smile and calming voice our patients encounter. She believes that healing begins the moment someone feels seen, heard, and safe. She also believes in teaching others healthy boundaries and how to truly honor themselves and their own needs. Helping others find balance in their inner strength and tapping into their own resilient power to heal and overcome.

Lisa is also a Reiki Master Practitioner and has lovingly brought Reiki into our healing offerings at BCIM. She finds profound meaning in sharing energy work with patients, creating a peaceful space where mind, body, and spirit can gently realign. The Reiki room is especially close to her heart, a sanctuary where she can offer care on a deeper energetic level.

Outside of the office, Lisa restores her own energy through nature, meditation, restorative yoga, hypnotherapy, and time with her family and beloved animals. An avid bird lover (with a small flock of her own), she embraces life with lightness, humor, and gratitude.

Lisa feels honored to support each patient’s journey at BCIM. Her intention is that you come to us seeking healing and leave feeling not only cared for, but truly at home and a part of the BCIM community that continues to grow!
