Lindsay Ward

Lindsay’s lifelong curiosity about the connection between mind, body, and spirit began with meditation at age 12 and has continued to shape her personal and professional journey. Her studies in mysticism and kinesiology at Temple University, combined with years of training in holistic wellness, have informed her integrative approach to healing, bodywork, and self-awareness.

A Reiki Master and Teacher practicing since 2014, Lindsay brings a thoughtful blend of Reiki, meditation, intuitive energy work, and subtle body awareness to her practice. She believes the body holds an innate intelligence that extends beyond the thinking mind, and that when we feel safe, supported, and present in our bodies, we create space for greater balance, clarity, and connection.

Lindsay’s work is also deeply informed by her years in hospice as a Spiritual Counselor and Bereavement Coordinator, as well as her certification as an End of Life Doula. These experiences have shaped her compassionate understanding of healing, grief, life transitions, and the importance of honoring each person’s unique journey.

At BCIM, Lindsay offers an individualized, nurturing approach to integrative wellness. Her sessions incorporate Reiki, guided meditation, gentle movement, body-awareness practices, and singing bowls to encourage deep relaxation, release tension, and foster a renewed sense of connection with oneself.

Lindsay is passionate about creating a space where clients feel welcomed exactly as they are, whether they are seeking relief from everyday stress, a moment of restoration, or support through a period of change. Her intention is to help each person leave feeling more grounded, replenished, and connected to their own inner resources.

As the sister of Jaime, our wonderful massage therapist, Lindsay is a natural fit for the BCIM family. Her compassionate presence, holistic perspective, and dedication to whole-person wellness align beautifully with our philosophy of care. We are so happy to welcome her to the BCIM Team and look forward to sharing her unique gifts with our amazing community!
